Getting it inside and into position took some effort. So if you’re in a similar situation, just know that going in.
But once you get past that?
Everything else is surprisingly simple.
The treadmill comes mostly pre-assembled, and there’s very little you actually need to do to get it ready. No complicated setup, no confusing instructions—which, for me, is a big deal.

Just getting on, walking for a bit, and getting some movement in.
