🧾 Refund, Returns & Shipping Policy

Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned, including digital downloads, software products, and certain personal or sanitary items.
We also cannot accept returns on gift cards or final sale items.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll send you an email to notify you that we’ve received your returned item. We’ll also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within several business days.

If you haven’t received your refund yet, please first check with your bank or credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged.
If you need to exchange an item for the same product, send us an email at retiredandtrying@gmail.com before returning it.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale or discounted items are final sale and cannot be refunded or exchanged.

Shipping & Delivery

All orders are custom-printed and fulfilled on demand.
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days and shipped via standard delivery:

Domestic shipping (U.S.): 5–7 business days after processing
International shipping: 10–21 business days depending on location

Shipping times are estimates and may vary during peak seasons.

You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
